  • What are your business hours?

    Since we do not have a retail store, we are almost always available for you.

  • Why is the delivery time for custom-made items at least 8 weeks?

    All unique items, such as crochet hooks or spindles, are handmade after you order them, so you can always choose your special unique item.

  • Can I add something to my order?

    This is of course possible. However, there may be delays if it is another custom order.

  • Why can't I send by consignment?

    We want your order to reach you. It travels insured and we only ship insured, security for both sides.

  • How do I know if my goods have been shipped?

    You will receive a notification from us with the tracking number. You can then use this tracking number to track the status of your package.

  • Can I return my custom-made item?

    No, that is not possible. The custom-made items are made especially for you and tailored to your needs. They cannot be resold to other customers.

  • What types of wood are there and why is there no list?

    You are spoilt for choice. From A like maple to Z like cypress, there is a wide range.
